- Authorized & Unauthorized Services
The team only provide the authorized services that are mentioned in the discord. Other then that no other services are provided. Unauthorized services are prohibited and are not provided from our development team.
No changes will be made in our subscription in between an active subscriptions. If we did made changes it will not be applicable to those who has the subscription. On renewal it will be followed.
Our team here to provide best of the best which can take time. We give our maximum ETA to the customer to provide the asset. We work in a time based schedule so all customers should stay satisfied. Remember if a customer forces to do their work on first place will face consequences as our team here are managing all the customers that are waiting in queue.
Central to our mission is the assurance of top-tier quality across all our deliverables. All the assets will be showed to customers for test. If the customer wants to make changes according to their package then it will be made. No other changes will be made that are not mentioned in the package.
Since our team provides only digital products that are non-licensed (open source) and licensed (locked or escrowed). We do not provide any refund to any digital products. We recommend that you locate and review any such terms, as You agree any such terms, or your disagreement with such terms, will not affect or otherwise alter this purchase, and you acknowledge that no refunds will be given after the Purchase is made under any circumstances.
- Open Source Assets Policy
We provide open source assets that are made specially for the customers of their choice. We try to provide it with better and in clean state. Customer can ask for support and changes if package has that feature. Remember no refunds will be provided to the open source assets. In FiveM & RedM, we provide server fully open source and no refunds will be made in any circumstances.
If a customer hires a developer through a third-party application or direct-message. We are not responsible for any issues related with the developer's work or any behaviour. Customer should hire through Stx-Development so all the team can work together to make the service more reliable.
